1. Definitions

FMI, its employees and subcontractors cannot accept liability for loss suffered in consequence of reliance on the information contained on the site. FMI is committed to protecting the User's privacy. This statement is made in the light of the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 in order to alert Users to FMI's data processing practices. We do not gather any personal information about Users.
